Association is governed by a volunteer board of directors who donate in
excess of 15,000 hours a year to the organization.
The Gillespie County Fair & Festivals Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization classified under section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Gillespie County Fair & Festivals Association, Inc. presents fairs and festivals to the community and develops programs that encourage, instruct and promote the education of the youth of Gillespie County – with emphasis on agriculture.
In addition to producing the oldest, continuously running county fair in Texas, the Gillespie County Fair & Festivals Association also promotes community and family entertainment by sponsoring annual events such as Flavors of Fredericksburg and the annual Scholarship Fest.
The fairgrounds are also available for public and private functions such as wedding receptions, exhibits and meetings.
The GCFFA invites you to join them in their efforts supporting the youth of Gillespie County. GCFFA has created one of the most dynamic programs in the area granting scholarships to graduating seniors in the county on an annual basis. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are tax deductible.
